Bidder acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
Tampa Machinery Auction, Inc. is merely the selling agent for the consignor.
All bids are binding and may not be retracted for any reason once submitted.
Notice to the high bidder will be made by email only and it is the bidders responsibility to retrieve it in a timely manner.
Applicable sales tax will be collected unless a valid certificate of exemption has been provided prior to the auction.
Storage charges will be assessed at th e rate of $10 per day starting on the third Monday after the auction.
The auction is not responsible for any unauthorized use of the bidder identification code and password provided by Tampa Machinery Auction, Inc. and therefor this data should be kept confidential to prevent fraudulent or malicious use and to notify us immediately if they are compromised.
All items are sold as-is where-is with no warranty of any kind expressed or implied and that a notice of defect by us does not preclude the existence of other defects.
Payment for items purchased, including applicable sales tax, title fees, tag and dealer fees will be made in accordance with th e terms set forth herein.
The only acceptable forms of payment will be wire transfer, certified funds or cash delivered to Tampa Machinery Auction, Inc. or its current financial institution no later than the first Monday after the auction.
Inspection of an item is the sole responsibility of the bidder and must be done prior to submitting a bid.
Certain restrictions will be placed on your account with regard to the amount of and the number of bids which can be placed in any one auction.
You are responsible for payment of all items on which you are notified to be high bidder.
A deposit will be required before you will be given access to online bidding.
