* Consignments are accepted Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm through Wednesday three days before the auction,  or until we reach capacity.

* Our commission varies based on the sale price and whether the item is titled or not. 

     For non titled items that sell for less than $500 the commission is a flat $50, from $500 to
    $10,000 it is 10%, over $10,000 it is $1000 plus 5% of the amount over $10,000. 

     For titled items that sell for less than $1000 the commission is a flat $100, from $1000 to
    $10,000 it is 10%, over $10,000 it is $1000 plus 5% of the amount over $10,000.

* Some items may be price protected, however there will be a no sale fee charged on items that do not sell.  The fee will be 3% of the minimum price with a $150 maximum per item.

* Cars, light trucks and vans that are ten years old or older and heavy trucks that are twenty years old or older will not be price protected.  Equipment we deem to be of less than $500 in value will not be price protected.  We reserve the option to refuse to price protect any item for more than we think it is worth in the auction.

* A title must accompany a vehicle for it to be placed on the yard to sell.  The public V.I.N. must be legible and must match the title.  ATVs and Off road motor bikes are now required to be titled in the State of Florida.

* A Bill of Sale or some proof of ownership must accompany a piece of non-titled equipment for it to be placed on the yard to sell.

* A certified weight slip must accompany a non-titled trailer for registration purposes.  These trailers must have a serial number for identification purposes.  Trailers weighing 2000# or more require titles in the State of Florida.
