- All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH OUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. 
- You must have a valid photo I.D. issued by a local, state or federal agency to obtain a bidder number and gain admittance to the auction grounds.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
- We do not allow children under the age of 16 on the auction grounds for safety, so please do not bring the kids.  Our lobby is not large enough to accommodate the entire family.
- You can fill out a registration form on sale day to get a bidder number or you can click  register here and do it on line.  Internet registrations submitted after 5 p.m. Friday the day before the auction may not be available for use on auction day.
- We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m. for you to visually inspect our inventory but some items may not be available until sale day. 
- Vehicles and equipment will only be demonstrated by our personnel on sale day  just prior to being sold.  So please do not attempt to start anything on you own.
- Some items may be available to qualified bidders for on line bidding.  This will be limited (for now) to selected heavy equipment. 
- Parking is available free on the auction grounds and on a remote site two miles north on Highway 301 with free shuttle service throughout the day.  Remember not to park on the right of way, you could be ticketed.
- Food and drinks are available on site through an independent caterer for most of the day and the reviews have been excellent.
